My new favorite Taiwanese Cafe in Riverside. Vegetarian meal sets are hard to come by, especially Inland. This was a pleasant find -- good food, decent portions, and yummy drinks except the boba was terrible, thus one less star. I wouldn't trust the menu and consider the crispy tofu vegan since I doubt they use a separate fryer, but the tofu is nicely breaded and soft in the middle. As for the cold noodles, they were on the dry side due to the sesame/peanut sauce, so definitely use the accompanied chili oil and soy sauce. Their teas are full of flavor and live up to the Ten Ren tea brand. I love that they're environmentally conscious and provide bamboo straws (plus reusable bags for takeout), sadly they need to cut the aloe into smaller pieces bc these straws can't handle the size and I went through 3 straws. Green Shaker by Ten Ren is a nice spot especially for the UCR folks! I think this is a pretty solid option and quality of food is very decent. Ambiance is good, lots of outlets to study if you want. ITEMS I TRIED - Popcorn Chicken Rice: crispy on the outside, nice spice especially with the medium. This comes with minced pork rice, corn, and braised tofu. - Taiwanese Sausage: really flavorful and authentic, garlic on the side. - White Peach Oolong Tea: really good peach flavor. Not at all artificial, and you can definitely taste the tea flavor. This is my favorite drink here. PARKING: side parking lot which makes the visit very convenient! PRICE: pretty decent. The meal with rice costs about $15 and the drinks are around $5-6. Overall, this is a great spot to explore for solid Taiwanese food. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Ten ten is a chain and i believe they changed their name. I don't know if they're under new ownership but this place was delicious! Just like how I remembered it. Just good ol tea food. Haha I was never really a fan of the boba, I feel it's too sweet. But the food was why I would go. I was looking for the beef over egg but they don't have it anymore. The curry tofu was good and the beef bowl. Just want I wanted.

Ordered the chicken katsu bento and the plate was generously portioned with rice, chicken, and sides. Packed well and filling.
